Steve Meretzky (*1957)

Amerikanischer Spielentwickler, der 1999 von der Zeitschrift PC Gamer als einer von fünfundzwanzig Game Gods ausgezeichnet wurde. Er stieß 1981 zu Infocom und entwickelte dort u.a. mit Douglas Adams eines der meistverkauften Spiele der Zeit The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. 1994 gründete er Boffo Games, war ab 1997 als Berater tätig und entwickelt heute Social Games u.a. für Playdom.
