About Me

Hello there! My name is Tina Small. I am 22 years old and am currently majoring in broadcast journalism at State University in Bloomberg, IN with a double minor in English and political theory. I hope to one day have my own nationwide radio show where people can call in and discuss aliens, alien abductions, the nature of the universe, politics, conspiracy theories etc. Of course, we would also discuss the answer to The Big Question (and no, it isn't "42.") J

I first got interested in ufology when I was nine years old. I was camping with my father and my older sister at Brown County State Park and the first night we were there, I saw something weird. I was walking to the cabin to get my jacket when I saw three glowing lights that were in a kind of triangle formation in the clear night sky. I thought it was a plane at first, but as they were passing by overhead, the lights stopped and hovered. Planes don't do that and I would have heard a helicopter if it were flying that low. Whatever this was made no sound at all. I ran back to the campfire to get my dad and sister (where they were roasting marshmallows), but by the time I got there, the lights were gone. That was the first time that I realized that we really might not be alone. I have since gone back to that campsite many times and have never experienced a repeat of that bizarre night. However, in conversations with some of the older park rangers, I have also discovered that experiences like mine have not been rare at that park. Dozens of campers over the years have made similar claims. I have tracked some of them down and found many similarities to my own tale. Three lights moving across the sky. Often they stop and hover for anywhere from 15 seconds to a full two minutes. Without exception, they move completely silently. Coincidence? I doubt it.

This web site is kind of a precursor to what I hope to do in the future. I think you will be happy here. We have several regulars, but we also have new arrivals from time to time. Please place nice with the newbies. That goes double for you, EvilOtto! Basically, if you are at all interested in considering possibilities beyond this terrestrial realm of ours, you will find a place for you here.

Enjoy!

Tina
